He is a registered patent agent with the USPTO and a valuation and licensing expert with over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, sales, strategic marketing, and technology licensing.

Wil’s practice focuses on positioning early-stage opportunities to attract capital investments and out-licensing opportunities with larger more established market players. His clientele includes individuals, government, venture capital firms, and medium to large-size corporations.
His specific services include technology valuation, market due diligence, business development, and licensing. Representative transactions include the licensing of biotechnology and organic solar cell technologies for Florida A&M University, electrical transformer technology for University of Hartford, wireless audio and electronic display technologies for Competitive Technologies, and DNA sequencing technology for IP Finance.
In addition, Wil has completed more than forty patent valuation and market research studies for clients including Foresight Science & Technology, Inc., IP Finance, Science & Technology, LLC, Competitive Technologies, and TAEUS International. Wil retains relationships with past clients acting in an advisory role.
He is civic minded, contributing to numerous local and national organizations and charities. He is an avid golfer and co-founder of the Skins & Pins Tour golf affinity and charity group in Connecticut. His specialties include strategic marketing, patent/technology analysis and valuation, and patent licensing/commercialization planning and sales execution.
